“On that day,” Isaiah says.
“On that day . . . the wolf will be a guest of the lamb, the baby shall
play by the cobra’s den; there shall be no harm or ruin on all my holy mountain;”
on that day, the Lord’s day.
Of course, that day is a ways off; I mean, how are a wolf and
a lamb supposed to sit down in peace without killing each other, if so-called
Christians can’t even respect one another? We have a ways to go to reach that
day; a day of peace.
Christ, be our Light.
